Ingredients:
30 g of chopped lamb meat from Navarra
1 little egg
1 spoonful of breadcrumbs
Flavour
Oil
Salt
½ chopped garlic
Black pepper
1 meat stock glass
Corn flour
Method:
Mix the meat, the whipped egg, the breadcrumbs, the chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
Make a ball, add the flour and fry with lot oil.
Heat the stock meal.
Add a little bit of cornstarch and the meatball.
Cook on a low flame during 5 minutes.
Serve with a porcelain spoonful.
